Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Cardiac DOC FT Nights to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Cardiac Department, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve well-organized patient flow.
- Monitor patient vital signs, telemetry monitors, and EKG interpretation to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medications and provide patient education to promote health and wellness.
- Supervise and multitask to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification preferred.
- One year of RN experience in a Cardiac Department.
