Position Overview:

The role involves supporting the daily operations of Games Global Operations Limited's Technical Compliance framework. You will oversee jurisdictional gaming technical compliance laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the company's continuous adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the implications and aiding in the execution of regulatory mandated technical solutions.
  • Overseeing or assisting with internal and external regulatory audits, platform/component certifications, and ISO certifications as necessary.
  • Facilitating enhancements in business processes based on audit findings, risk assessments, and compliance metrics.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking regulatory risks while providing guidance and recommendations to the organization in mitigating these risks.
  • Establishing and nurturing constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting market analysis to support the development of compliance products tailored for specific markets.
  • Informing the organization about modifications to regulations or market demands.
  • Staying updated on pertinent gaming laws and compliance developments, advising on potential impacts, and formulating action plans as necessary.
  • Delivering organization-wide training and education on regulatory matters.
  • Assisting in the management of live issues and driving improvements.
  • Maintaining a centralized and current repository for compliance documentation.
  • Designing and overseeing a compliance monitoring framework across various markets.
  • Supporting the Technical Compliance Manager/Team Lead with various projects and inquiries as needed.
  • Fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Legal Degree and/or Audit Qualification and/or ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a compliance-related position.
  • Proficiency in legislation analysis.
  • Knowledge of Information Security principles.
  • Experience in Risk Management.
  • Expertise in Legislative/Standards Requirements Analysis and implementation.
