Hera Technologies LLC is a world-class contract Aerospace Manufacturing firm that produces high-quality built-to-print and built-to-model metallic and nonmetallic components for the Space, Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial Airline industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated Composite Technician to join our team working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The individual will perform a variety of tasks, including trimming and finishing composite and composite metallic assemblies, assembling structures, and performing surface preparation using grit blast, hand abrade, and power abrasion techniques.

The successful candidate must be familiar with a manufacturing environment, a self-starter who pays attention to detail and accuracy, and take responsibility for their work. A minimum of 2 years of experience using hand tools in the aerospace, manufacturing, marine, or automotive industry is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour, depending on experience.
