Bonnie Jones Associates, L.L.C., a prominent multi-office legal firm, is seeking a proficient International Patent Filing Coordinator to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee international patent submissions for clients under the guidance of attorneys.
  • Communicate with clients and international associates regarding patent filings.
  • Prepare essential documents including conversion deadline notifications and financial estimates.
  • Manage PCT International Applications and the processing of PCT Forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of National Applications and PCT National Phase submissions.
  • Collect and organize necessary documents for submission to international Patent Offices.
  • Process Letters Patent documents and coordinate annuity services for client patent renewals.
  • Efficiently maintain a personal and daily docket.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in international patent filing.
  • Expertise in PCT and international patent regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with opportunities for paid overtime. The role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.
