Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee international patent submissions for clients under the guidance of attorneys.
- Communicate with clients and international associates regarding patent filings.
- Prepare essential documents including conversion deadline notifications and financial estimates.
- Manage PCT International Applications and the processing of PCT Forms.
- Assist in the preparation of National Applications and PCT National Phase submissions.
- Collect and organize necessary documents for submission to international Patent Offices.
- Process Letters Patent documents and coordinate annuity services for client patent renewals.
- Efficiently maintain a personal and daily docket.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in international patent filing.
- Expertise in PCT and international patent regulations and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with opportunities for paid overtime. The role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.
