Job Summary: Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide quality patient care and be a team player in our Outpatient Clinic at an Assisted and Independent Living community in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Develops and implements initial and ongoing treatment plans, evaluates patient progress, and makes necessary adjustments.
  • Supervises assistants and aides, participates in case management, and represents Synergy Care's commitment to quality and service.
  • Ensures adherence to state regulations regarding occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate within the next six months.
  • Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
  • Valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
