Role ExpectationsWe are seeking a talented Senior 3D Software Developer / Technical Director who possesses a robust background in Blender and 3D architecture. This position requires a blend of artistic and programming skills, as you will collaborate closely with the founders to advance our technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance the development of our 3D rendering pipeline.
- Create scripts for the automated generation of Blender file templates.
- Design and implement custom Blender add-ons and plugins to streamline workflows.
- Produce photorealistic renders of apartments and develop 3D product models.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster performance improvement.
- In-depth technical knowledge of 3D rendering processes and workflows.
- Strong mathematical foundation in computer graphics.
- Expertise in Blender, including both modeling and rendering.
- Proficient in Python and Blender scripting.
- Experience in developing Blender add-ons.

- Familiarity with other 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D).
