We are hiring an Overnight Receptionist to join our team at Knights Inn. This is a full-time position that requires working overnight shifts, typically from midnight to 8 AM. As an Overnight Receptionist, you will be responsible for checking in guests, answering phones, and taking reservations.

Job Details

The successful candidate will have excellent math skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. We offer competitive pay starting at $14 per hour and a $150 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in guests and answer phones
  • Take reservations and handle guest requests
  • Respond to guest complaints and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate records and perform mathematical calculations with high accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role
  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with guests
  • Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
