Job Summary:

The Master Data Maintenance Administrator will work collaboratively with multiple departments to improve the integrity of our Enterprise data system and provide support for end users to access accurate, critical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating new item SKUs in multiple ERP systems, maintaining consistent data standards, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Act as a point of contact for Portfolio Managers, Supply Chain Analysts, and IT to troubleshoot and correct data inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance department to ensure accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation.
  • Creating item SKUs in multiple ERP systems, adhering to Data Governance team standards, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist with regular data quality audits, as outlined by supervisor.
  • Meet agreed-upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid work environment (in the office 3 days a week)

Requirements:

An Associate degree is required, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior data entry or data governance experience is necessary. Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and take initiative to problem-solve. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Strong communication skills. Prior experience in a wine and/or spirits organization is preferred.
