Specialty Artist

Ulta Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialty Artist to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for discovering guests' needs by actively listening and asking questions, with the goal of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.

As a Specialty Artist, your primary responsibility will be to create personalized experiences for our guests. This includes:

• Tuning in to guests' needs and preferences
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets

• Participate in promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand
