Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through exceptional customer service, salesmanship, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner, upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean safety record, pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.

Skills and Demands:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
