Key Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed written instructions that outline the methods and sequence of assembly tasks utilizing a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly schematics.
  • Utilize company-provided hand and power tools to assemble and fabricate components.
  • Construct electrical panels and boxes as part of the assembly process.
  • Execute assembly of products according to specified process guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED; technical school experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and some mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
