About the Role

This position involves coordinating and delivering nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting resident condition and nursing needs
  • Implementing physicians' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assigning nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
  • Supervising and directing junior staff members and CNAs
  • Administering medications and performing treatments for assigned residents
