About the Role:

The Lead MRI Technologist is a key member of our Imaging Services team, responsible for directing the activities of MRI Technologists on the assigned shift. This role requires a strong leader who can model appropriate behavior and exemplify the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of MRI Technologists to ensure efficient and effective imaging services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to MRI Technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Radiology (Required)
  • Work Experience: MRI Tech (Required)
  • Certifications:
    • American Heart Association, Registered Radiologic Technologist
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Registered Technologist
    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
