Job Overview

At Vidant Health, we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist supports clinical office functions by performing studies on assigned modalities, maintaining quality control as assigned on equipment, and assisting with other patient care activities.

Responsibilities

* Perform studies on assigned modalities, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography
* Maintain quality control as assigned on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
* Assist with other patient care activities, such as preparing patients for procedures and transporting them to and from exam rooms
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis

Requirements

* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification issued by the American Heart Association
* High School or greater degree is required- or higher
* Zero to two years related experience
* Must be board eligible for ARRT and registered within 12 months

Work Environment

* Primary Shift: Day
* On Call: No
* Weekends: No
* Orthopedics Kenansville
