At MFM Search LLC, we are seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to oversee the acquisition and management of multifamily real estate properties. This role will involve developing operational strategies, analyzing performance, and optimizing asset values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property and portfolio level operational strategies to drive asset value growth
  • Coordinate and review annual business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Prepare and present quarterly financial reports and statements to stakeholders
  • Assist in the review of valuation models and support due diligence efforts for select investments
  • Manage the takeover of new assets and ensure a smooth transition into the portfolio
  • Communicate effectively with third-party service providers, including property management, appraisers, and brokers
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing expert insights to inform investment decisions
  • Coordinate lender compliance and monitor debt covenants, ensuring timely releases of escrow accounts
  • Regularly visit properties to coordinate efforts with third-party property managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
  • Post-graduate education a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate, required
  • Asset Management experience preferred
