Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage all transactions related to payables and receivables efficiently.
  • QuickBooks Management: Handle all QuickBooks transactions with accuracy.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank accounts as necessary.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure the general ledger is maintained accurately and kept up to date.
  • Accounts Payable Activities: Execute all tasks related to accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
  • Accounts Receivable Functions: Support invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
  • Compliance Assurance: Interpret and apply accounting policies and regulations to ensure adherence to applicable standards.
  • Financial Transaction Systems: Develop systems for accounting financial transactions by establishing a comprehensive chart of accounts.
  • Budget Monitoring: Track variances from the projected budget and advise management on compliance needs.
  • Payroll and Invoicing Support: Assist in financial activities such as generating payroll reports and invoices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
