Key Responsibilities- Remove, repair, install, and troubleshoot process instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine and non-routine calibrations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on pneumatic instruments, control valves, and various measurement systems.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), transmitter and control valve setups, electrical testing, and loop checking.
- Mentor and train fellow technicians to help them grow their skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during installations and renovations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Completion of a certified program in instrumentation/control systems, electronics, or electrical, OR
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical maintenance, OR
- An Associate's degree or Trade School Certification with 2 years of experience in industrial automation and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Ability to pass required assessments and demonstrate your skills and knowledge in a safe and effective manner.

You'll work in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to temperature extremes, moving mechanical parts, and electrical hazards. Your role will include physical tasks such as standing, climbing stairs, working on elevated platforms, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. You'll be part of a 24/7/365 operation with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
