About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatry Program Director to lead our ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select residents and faculty members
  • Develop and implement program curriculum and policies
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure program success
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and residents
Requirements
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Minimum of three years post-residency experience in an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience with program development and accreditation processes
