Branch Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving client inquiries.
- Assist the financial advisor in developing and implementing client relationships, including identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships.
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, including coordinating events, planning and executing marketing activities, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial services and markets, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives, including participating in annual business planning and contributing to the development of strategies for the upcoming year.
