We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at our Rogue River, Oregon softwood plywood plant. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our equipment to ensure optimal production levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mill equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced production environment
  • Work safely and promote a culture of safety within the plant
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Valid millwright or combination millwright/electrician license
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
