Job Summary

TheraPeds is seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with speech and language, swallowing, fluency, voice, hearing and cognitive disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document patient evaluation and treatment in our web-based EMR system
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
