About the Role

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, informed by patient strengths and presenting psychiatric problems.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic milieu, grounded in the core principles of TaraVista Behavioral Health Center.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, using Electronic Medical Records to facilitate communication and care coordination.
Requirements
  • RN license within the State of Massachusetts required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous psychiatric/substance inpatient experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Restraint Reduction de-escalation/crisis intervention experience preferred.
