About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of legal issues relevant to ongoing and potential litigation cases.
  • Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, including preparation of witnesses.
  • Attend court proceedings and effectively advocate for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 5 years of experience in litigation.
  • Must be a member in good standing of the bar Pennsylvania, NJ is a plus.
  • Proven experience in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state court procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
