Group Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our group home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

• Supervise and coordinate medical and health service activities for up to 6 residents.
• Develop and implement effective health programs in collaboration with physicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our residents.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
• Work closely with our Administrator to achieve our organization's goals.

• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is essential.
• A proven track record of successful management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for working with our team and residents.

• This is a full-time position requiring availability from Sunday to Friday, 3pm - 10pm.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
