A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHCARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will carry out essential clinical and administrative tasks under the guidance of our healthcare providers. Your friendly and approachable nature will help put patients at ease during their visits, as you assist with diagnostic procedures, treatment, medication administration, blood draws, and facilitate communication between patients and physicians.

Additionally, you will take pride in the vital role you play in supporting our healthcare team in delivering outstanding care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
