Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Cedar Crest Village. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with our interdisciplinary clinical team to provide holistic care to our residents, focusing on their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
  • Provide a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging to our residents.
  • Work with our interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric rehabilitation.

Requirements
  • Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
  • Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
