Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As a nurse in our senior living community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents with empathy and respect
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being
  • Practice according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
  • Provide direction and leadership to care staff
Qualifications
  • Unrestricted RN license valid in the state
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills
