Job Title: Loyalty Program Representative

Join Caesars Entertainment as a Loyalty Program Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting our loyalty program, Caesars Rewards.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assist patrons with all reasonable requests, provide exceptional customer service, and promote our loyalty program. As a Loyalty Program Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling all reserved special events through a computerized system
  • Distributing promotional giveaways via various marketing tools
  • Redeeming all documents through the system
  • Assisting with stocking of supplies and keeping a clean and neat work area
  • Abiding by all Accounting and Internal Control Procedures
  • Creating and maintaining patron accounts through CMS
  • Providing a pleasant experience for all guests by utilizing Spotlight behaviors at all times
  • Selling and promoting our loyalty program, Caesars Rewards, as well as other promotions and events
  • Resolving guest issues utilizing our Service Recovery process or communicating to a Supervisor
  • Greeting and assisting all patrons with courtesy at all times
  • Assisting patrons in answering questions and directing them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security, or senior crew members
  • Assisting Ex. Host staff in reserving special events, hotel reservations, concerts, limousine reservations, and any other reasonable business-related requests through the computerized system
  • Answering phone calls from guests and assisting them with any reasonable requests, which may include but is not limited to hotel reservations, dinner reservations, concert ticket requests, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in all areas of the department
Essential Job Functions:

The Loyalty Program Representative must be able to:

  • Be mobile in a restricted area behind the counter and at boarding turnstiles
  • Stand, sit, and bend for long periods of time
  • Operate a computer, calculator, and adding machine
  • See to operate a computer screen
  • Tolerate a noisy, stressful environment
  • Lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Hear and use a telephone and radio to communicate during the entire shift as needed
  • Climb steps repeatedly
PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a High School graduate or GED equivalent with computer skills or typing skills and previous ticketing or customer service experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
