Brightview Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking support for substance abuse.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care:
    • Develop and lead group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create treatment plans and review progress.
    • Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques to support patients.
    • Establish treatment plans at the individual patient level.
    • Deliver independent therapy sessions for patients with Substance Use Disorder.
    • Demonstrate competency in individual counseling.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
    • Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings, supervision, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
    • Manage a caseload of patients effectively.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.
    • Ensure adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.
  • Training and Mentorship:
    • Provide training and onboarding support for new hire Counselor I.
    • Offer training, onboarding, and mentorship support for new hire counselors within the site or adjacent clinics.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience as Counselor I or other relevant experience.
  • Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
  • Licensure preferred: LSW, LPC, MFT, LPCC, LICDC, LISW, LMFT.

Brightview Health offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. Compensation Range Based on Skills & Experience: $55,000 - $60,000.00 annually.
