Nurse Specialist

Jobot is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their inpatient medical oncology team. This opportunity offers a competitive base pay, including specialty and shift differentials, as well as a pension plan and relocation assistance.
About the Job
As an RN on our medical oncology team, you will work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. A minimum of one year of RN experience is required, preferably in oncology. We will train RNs with medical-surgical or other relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
* Participate in educating patients and families about cancer diagnosis and treatment options
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
* Current RN licensure in the United States
* At least one year of RN experience, preferably in oncology
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
