Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Psychiatric Care Technician at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, observing patients, reporting changes in their condition, and supporting daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and execute assigned tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Observe patients and report any specialized service needs to ensure timely interventions.
  • Respond to patient requests and intervene in crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist patients with daily activities and monitor vital signs to ensure their well-being.
  • Facilitate educational and activity groups as assigned to promote patient engagement and growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of acute inpatient psychiatric care experience is preferred.
