Seeking a qualified Gymnastics Coach to lead our part-time program at the North Canton Gymnastics Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in gymnastics or working with youth, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to relate effectively to diverse age and ability groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching gymnastics to athletes 1-15 years old
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with athletes and their parents
  • Developing and following lesson plans in accordance with our established gymnastics curriculum
  • Displaying and promoting the mission and character pillars of the YMCA

As a part-time staff member, you will receive a complimentary membership and discounted rates for child care and most programs.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in gymnastics or working with youth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse age and ability groups
