Licensure:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with patient care equipment
- Current Illinois RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Specialty certifications/education as required - see Certification Addendum
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Some positions may require on-call duties
- Capacity to transport patients and equipment
- Ability to respond swiftly to patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Work conditions may involve exposure to hazardous or unpleasant situations while caring for patients
- Ability to assist in patient evacuation during emergencies
- Regular interaction with potentially infectious materials and patients
- Ability to respond promptly to patient requests and access all areas of the unit
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently; for heavier lifts, assistive equipment and teamwork are expected
