About the Job: As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on proper care and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to assess their physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in a LTC/SNF setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
