Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL-A Local Intermodal Truck Driver to join our team at Schneider. As a Local Intermodal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 99% no-touch freight that is mostly drop-and-hook. You will drive in and out of railyards within North Central Utah.

Pay and Benefits

Our Local Intermodal Truck Driver position offers competitive pay and bonus potential, including hourly pay and load pay. You will also be eligible for a longevity bonus, earning 3% of annual gross pay each year. Additionally, you will receive paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience. A tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred. You must also live within 40 miles of Salt Lake City, UT.
