Our client, a prominent Chinese investment banking institution, is seeking a Treasury Manager to enhance their financial team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all treasury operations, including funding strategies, currency exchange, and liquidity oversight.
Generate periodic reports on funding conditions, usage, and associated costs.
Collaborate with various departments to address daily funding needs.
Supervise daily treasury activities, such as loan management, cash flow projections, and treasury-related documentation.
Organize ALCO meetings.
Compile treasury reports detailing cash status, funding expenses, and liquidity strategies.
Maintain relationships with commercial banks and other financial entities.
Administer bank accounts, including account openings and closures, updating signatories, and managing KYC inquiries.
Address any special assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of substantial experience in treasury or accounting roles.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Experience in debt issuance and auditing is advantageous.
Comprehensive understanding of treasury instruments (e.g., FX, MM, BOND, IRS).
Familiarity with OTC derivatives is a plus.
Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin.
