  • Stock and Rotate Merchandise: Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly rotated to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure that the store is clean and organized, including the stockroom, sales floor, and backroom areas.
  • Assist with Unloading and Verifying Merchandise: Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store, ensuring that all merchandise is accurately received and stored.
  • Perform Front-End Duties: Assist with front-end duties as needed, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to Lift 40 Pounds: The ability to lift 40 pounds is required, as well as the ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.
  • Knowledge of Grocery Operations: Knowledge of grocery operations and inventory management is preferred.
