### Job Title: Busser

#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Hard Eight Pit BBQ. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing top-notch service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

#### Key Responsibilities:

* Clear and clean tables as guests finish their meals
* Sweep and maintain the floor area to ensure a safe and clean environment
* Refill tea, ice, and other beverages as needed
* Restock caddies and supplies
* Offer guests to-go boxes, bags, and other amenities
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

#### Qualifications:

* Ability to read and understand written instructions
* Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
* ServSafe - Food Handler certificate

#### Physical Demands:

* Regularly stand, walk, and use hands to perform duties
* Frequently climb or balance to reach high shelves or equipment
* Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform tasks
* Regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds

#### Work Environment:

* Moderate noise level in a fast-paced dining environment
* Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals and outdoor weather conditions
