Job Description
As a Lead Bioanalyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing novel bioanalytical methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, and mentoring junior staff to foster their career growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate complex bioanalytical methods for various therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with business development teams to establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cell and Molecular biology or related field.
- 7 years of experience as a Molecular or Cellular Biologist or closely related scientific occupation in a non-academic setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in bioanalytical method development, validation, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
$130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
