Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor maintenance team members, prioritize tasks, and empower them to take on new challenges.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, repair equipment, and ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and team members.
- Safety: Identify and correct potential hazards, conduct safety meetings, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license, Certified Pool Operator, and Universal Freon License (R410A preferable).
- Skills: Leadership, maintenance, safety, customer service, and multitasking.
