We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing and providing therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Deliver high-quality therapy services individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and progress for students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed progress records, providing valuable insights for student growth.
- Participate in regular team meetings and stay up-to-date on best practices in the field, ensuring the highest level of care for students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minnesota Department of Education certification.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Licensure and Certifications:
- State Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license from the Minnesota Department of Health.
- Professional Certification: CCC-SLP from ASHA.
- Educator Certification: Valid SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Education.
