  • Order Fulfillment: Properly bag guests' orders, ensuring purchases are not damaged, and place items in grocery carts or hand bags to the guest.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well with all co-workers and supervisors to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean the front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, parking lot, and other areas as assigned by management.
  • Cart Management: Retrieve carts from the parking lot and ensure they are clean and ready for use.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality, and effective communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, stand for extended periods, and retrieve and push shopping carts.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive store environment.
