About the Role

Arisa Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill Mental Health Technician positions in a group home serving adults with mental illness in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality services to clients under the general supervision of registered nurses, physicians, psychiatrists, or other qualified personnel.
  • Perform tasks within the scope of your educational preparation, knowledge, and permitted by local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, including planning, monitoring, documenting, and conducting evaluations for clients.
  • Monitor clients' physical conditions, behaviors, and responses to treatment, reporting any significant changes to supervisors and staff members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Utilize behavioral techniques to prevent injury and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; respond appropriately in crisis situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a residential setting or working in the mental health field.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Healthcare Workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for Healthcare Workers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Patient, consistent, and flexible demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.

Work Environment:

This position requires working on 2nd shift.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Arisa Health offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
