The Role

As a full stack engineering manager, you will support our growing team of US-based software engineers in developing cutting-edge products that bring joy back to the practice of medicine. You will work closely with stakeholders such as product managers and customers to plan, execute, and support multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and mentoring full-stack software engineers, providing regular feedback, creating opportunities for career growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Technical leadership: Help set business context for the team and apply your knowledge of business and software engineering to guide architectural discussions; anticipate and resolve technical challenges; and advocate for technology projects.
What We Offer

Abase salary of $240,000 - $280,000 USD per year + Equity

This role requires a commitment to a hybrid work model, with the expectation of coming into the office a minimum of three times per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco or New York.

Must be willing to travel up to 10%
