Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Job Description:

We are working with a hospital in Hendersonville, North Carolina to hire Respiratory Therapists. For over 30 years, we've specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by applying the clinical process in assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given. You will also respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

The contract details for this position include:

  • $1,656 - $1,810 per week*
    - 13-week contract with possibility of extension
    - NOC shifts available
    - *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
