Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
