RN - Emergency Services with Multiple FTEs and Shifts

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a member of our emergency department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryThis is a part-time opportunity with multiple full-time equivalents (FTEs) available. The shift schedule includes both day and night shifts, with opportunities for overtime and premium pay. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
