Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group fitness classes, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for our members
  • Develop and implement effective exercise programs, ensuring a safe and challenging workout experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction

Requirements
  • Nationally accredited current fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
