Join us as a Systems Maintenance Expert at Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and control systems.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and control systems across the facility.
  • Lead and manage preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose advanced technical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Oversee the installation, setup, and calibration of new systems and equipment.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.

 

Expertise Required:

  • Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a specialized maintenance role with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of complex systems and equipment.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software to track work orders and schedule preventive maintenance.

 

Bonus Offered:

$50-$53/Hour
