The successful candidate will provide integrated treatment to address the behavioral and physical health needs of clients at our Counseling Center. This role involves conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations, as well as providing individual, group, or family counseling under the supervision of licensed staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) and at least three months of direct counseling or substance abuse counseling experience. A Pennsylvania Certification Board certification (CRS, CAC, or CADS) is also required or must be obtained within one year of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with trauma-informed approaches
  • Knowledge of behavioral health disorders
  • Familiarity with community services for low-income, high-risk populations
